We monitor your flight status in real-time using your flight number. Your driver will adapt to your new arrival time. Please note that extended delays past [e.g., 60 minutes] may incur a waiting fee.

  • More than [24/48] hours notice: Full refund minus a small admin fee.
  • Less than [12/24] hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Last-minute cancellations or No-Shows: Strictly non-refundable as the vehicle was reserved exclusively for you.

While we plan routes carefully around traffic, unexpected events happen. In the rare event of a mechanical failure or severe delay, our dispatch team will immediately route a replacement vehicle to you to ensure you reach your destination safely.

Luggage capacity depends entirely on the vehicle class you choose. Please review the vehicle specifications on our Our Fleet page when booking to ensure your suitcases fit comfortably.
